Treasure Hunter/lockpicks?
Personally I don't think it's fair that the luck of your lockpick breaking is based on another title. I think it should be based on...maybe how many have broken for you in the past or something, or, how many you've used. But not for another title.

You realize that unlucky/lucky not only comes from 9-rings, but you also get lucky/unlucky points every time a lock pick is retained or broken.
Thus, your suggestion that it should depend on "how many have broken for you in the past" is actually... kinda how it works already.

By basing your lockpick retention percentage on a title the designers have created a situation where you have control over that percentage. It allows you to grind for increased percentage if you so desire. It is not a bad thing to be limited only by the amount of effort you are willing to exert.

It's perfectly fine as it is now, by opening a lot of chests, you get more chance at retaining lockpicks. Isn't that the idea ?
